Set up art therapy intake
How you could use an agent
Use an agent to pull together intake details from case notes, family notes, and your own session observations, then draft a session goal statement you can discuss with the client. It can organize what matters most, compare it with the art-based prompt you used, and give you a clean plan note to finish before treatment starts.
Where you stay involved
You talk with the client, decide whether the goal truly fits what they said and showed, and approve the final wording in the plan. You also make the call to involve the supervising clinician or other service if the intake raises urgent concerns.
